Very friendly and knowledgeable but extremely hard to get a hold of for any questions or concerns.
Terry was very nice and seemed knowledgeable when I talked to him. The big problem for us was that we barely talked to him. He was mostly unavailable, to the point where we were sending multiple emails, texts, calls and never hearing back....

Terry was neither responsive to our questions and concerns, at least not without intervention by our real estate agent, nor did he maintain a record of updated data. He was not proactive about keeping us informed about the status of our application...
