I've done thousand of real estate deals as an investor and a hard money lender. I used Morgan as my mortgage broker for my personal residence.... that should tell you enough. He is very good and prompt. Use him you won't be disappointed!

So, if you've got a complicated situation going on I think I'd be a great fit! I'm a Scotsman Guide 2022 Top Originator and also a NACCC Certified Credit Counselor. That just means I know a couple tricks about credit scores. Personal stuff - I've lived in Tennessee all my life, but I've been a lot of places. I've got a Master's degree from Murray State University. Finally, my wife always thinks I write these things like an online dating profile, so I need to add that I have a lovely wife, a wonderful pet computer and a home I spend entirely too much money customizing in Nashville.
