With all the uncertainty surrounding the Covid-19 outbreaks in the country it was nice to be able to conduct all the business online. Monica was quick to answer our questions and guided us through the loan process.
Monica was polite, professional, and quick to respond to emails. She thoroughly answered any questions I had through the lending process.
