Communication, answer and returning phone calls.
Monica saw this thru to the end when it didn’t look good
Communication was often lacking. It took weeks and multiple requests to get communication started and I felt like sometimes our questions went unanswered. I definitely felt as if we were placed on the back-burner for much of this process.
