    Overall she got her work done but communication was not what i expected. Some of the problems were caused by her associates who did not respond when contacted.

    We started with a different bank and did not have a good experience. Monica was referred to us by our realtor. It was an amazing experience! Monica was kind and was really great at explaining everything to us!
