Your office should set up a system with red flags for any potential Alaskan mortgagee. It caused so many problems with our licensee, us and other professionals BECAUSE our systems are different than yours in California.

Need to call and explain what is happening through the loan. If price rises, rate changes, extra charges, any change instead of just emailing the paper with zero explanation. Also return phone calls.
The smoothest easiest re-finance ever !!
Most lenders would have given up on me in this situation.
