Mona and Lexxus were great to work with. Lexxus made sure I knew what was going on with the loan at all times and was prompt with responses.
I was asked for the same info numerous times from your staff. I had to send old emails to show I already sent it.
Instead of looking for the info I already sent it seemed easier to keep asking me to resent it.
