    All I can say is, Mona and her team were fantastic! Questions were answered quickly, everyone in the office was pleasant; even fun to talk to! I highly, highly recommend Mona and Bay Equity!

    Bay Equity was great! I am a young mom with not the best credit score and couldn't afford renting anymore. I went to 5 different lenders..and they always tell you "you are approved" but at the end tell you it wouldnt work or else I had to come...
