I'd rather not get into it, but we'll be using a different lender in the future and certainly won't be recommending Bay Equity or Mona Edick to any friends or family. In fact, we've already advised several people to not use their services.
Mona was the best! I don’t think I could have completed this without her positivity and all her help! She was amazing and would/will use her in the future and highly recommended her expertise!
Super professional, answered all questions in a timely manner, great to work with, if I ever have to buy a house again will look for Mona!

Mona was always there for questions. Responded to emails promptly, and always answered the phone when I needed questions answered.
Mona and her team worked super hard and completed my loan in a super short period of time. I had many questions and they answered them all. Super easy to work with :)

Mona was extremely knowledgable thought the entire process. She was always willing to help and made my experience that much better. I will definently be referring her to anyone I know looking to get a house loan.
