Timing was off, and was told a few things that were suppose to have changed with the final loan and it did not. That was very disappointing, and I was never told the two loans were separate payments.
Had great communication
We got to the closing table!
I never waited more than an hour to 2 for a reply on any questions or concerns ( regardless of how minor the question or concern) I felt all my questions about the next step was explained very thoroughly, very stress free purchase thanks again...
