Automated emails could be confusing (unclear what to sign and when).
Unclear what options are available for escrow.
Closing costs changed frequently.
Emails from the loan processors that did not contain spelling errors and missing words, closing estimates that were consistent and accurate and wiring the closing funds to the right account. All of those things would have made this better....
