Amazing rate and we were constantly informed as to status of our application.
I understand mortgage lenders are swamped right now but it took me 3 months to close and there were a lot of bumps along the way. I had a friend use a different lender around the same time and they were able to close in a month and it was seamless....

I actually had no contact with you, Mark, either by phone or email. Your team the experience great: Gabi Feuer; Jeannie Curtin; and especially Danny Jassen.
Consistency with responses and communication. No appreciation for self-employed customers.

Despite my having provided all requested info in a timely manner, it took longer than expected to get the green light to close. This meant the interest rate lock had to be extended several times.
Front end communication was good, however backend process needs to improve a lot, specially if documents are expected in certain format, it's better to share the format w/ client upfront, and avoid multiple unnecessary iterations.
It was a great experience working with Mark. He was informative and very responsive right from the beginning. He and Danny always took the time to answer our emails/texts. I would certainly refer him to my friends.
Danny who works with him was also fantastic!
