There were errors in both my appraisal report and my closing statement that I brought to the attention of Roundpoint — neither was corrected. My initial rate lock request was brushed off resulting in a higher interest rate.
Overall a very positive experience. It took a lot longer than anticipated, due to some complications with our bank, but in the end it all went as hoped. Thank you!
