We nearly lost the deal. My client had to resubmit his docs numerous times. The delays that happened weren’t warranted. The team that worked on this transaction really dropped the ball.
Miz, Alex, and Val are super to work with. Everyone had great communication and were always able to get things done in a timely manner. I will always use cross county for all my mortgage needs.
