Well it was better than OK, but not great. I felt like they were asking for trivial documentation in the final days. This should have been requested earlier or not at all.

Hey Mike. I know some of the requests seemed last-minute, but we couldn't underwrite the loan until we had info from your CPA about the tax return discrepancies, which took a few weeks to get. And I know some of the documents and "tell me more"...
