The app submission had many issues. Document deadlines and submission process was stressful. I’d prefer to have an overall list of required documents and better communication on the types of documents required.

The only problem I had with Presidential was the loan committee. They need to be reevaluated and allow customers better choices for Helocs or loans. The committee does look at individuals who pay their bills on time before making certain decisions....
