Mitch Rogers and his associate (Jessica) were very professional and kept me informed in timely manner throughout the process. Appreciative on his actions to lock down a very good VA rate of 2.5% before the market rates increased.
The whole team was fantastic with a very special shout out to Mitch for going above and beyond for our closing!
