    There were numerous names in the mix but all were professional. The credit verification got a little ridiculous with so many hoops to jump through, but it worked out.

    I had a great experience with Flat Branch. The only thing I would like to recommend is for the loan managers to have an assistant. It was sometimes difficult to get ahold of someone for questions. Thanks for everything!
