I’m Miliset Bustamante, a Mortgage Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage serving Washington State, including Yakima, Benton, Franklin, and King counties. I’ve worked in mortgage lending since 2024 and help first-time homebuyers, veterans, investors, self-employed borrowers, move-up and repeat buyers, and Spanish-speaking clients. I specialize in Conventional, FHA, VA, construction, jumbo, down payment assistance, investment property, Non-QM, and bank statement loans.
