Great experience except for having to do EVERYTHING on line, very frustrating.
The lender was very difficult and required me to go to the courthoyse for a document that didn't exist. Miles was able to get them to understand and come to their senses.
Miles made my experience great. He was patient and kind and professional. If you knew what he went through to help me you would know he should be eligible for sainthood. I don't say that in jest. I appreciate him more than I can truly express....
