Mike didn’t respond when I left a voicemail. Calling people back is huge.
Too hands off. No proactive check ins. Many, many confusing and vague requests for data. Need to be more specific about what they are asking for. Honestly I would have gone with another firm if I’d known how hands off this was going to be....
