More timely communication. It wasn't easy to get in touch as things were moving quickly. I also wish he'd been a little more helpful through the closing process as I got passed onto a completely inept closer at First Federal.

Outside of work, I’m happily married and a proud dog parent to three companions—Roscoe, Baxter, and Phoebe.
