Communication was lacking and his overall tone was condescending. When a client has a weekend appraisal deadline the loan officer needs to be reachable.

Better communication with people in back office. Had some difficulty with people doing research on loan applicate information. Mike Warsop was very helpful in getting things taken care of with their questions.
Mike was very quick to respond, even when it wasn't during business hours, and he was proactive in his communication and reached out to me to check how things were going.
