The only exception is I wished I knew earlier in the process that we would have to buy points to get the loan rate that we were told.

thanks for the words. We are sorry that the Loan Estimate wasn't explained upfront more. buying points one of the things that everyone has to do these days because of the high interest rates. We might be able to refinance you in the future....
