Kristen made it easy to communicate and allowed me to make an educated decision by providing my rates and numbers. With everything being online or through a portal, it was easy to complete documents and upload files.
It was absolutely the easier loan experience I have ever had. Everything was electronic, all the content was clearly communicated and Kristen was fantastic.
Everyone helped me and walked me through step by step. Kristen would periodically just check in to see how I was. This was my first time buying a home and they made it so easy.
