We were informed of every step. Documents that were needed by us were easy to upload Mike communicated with us often.
Ability of your staff to be able to communicate abd explain the process and keep up with movibg parts of closing etc.
Mike and his team helped to make the whole transaction very easy and guided us along our first home purchase.
Very responsive and friendly team
Timely communication, clear instructions
Super quick in responding to my questions, and made the whole experience very personal and easy to understand
