Thanks for the review! A lot of my first time clients come to me after their deal was about to fall apart. The reason I am able to do this is because I have options as a lender. We can get things done with our in-house underwriters as well...

Mr. Mike Murgatroy and he's team made our Dream Come True I thought it was hard to get a mortgage from guarantee Rate so I never really tried but we went ahead and try it and I was surprised how easy they helped us get approved any questions...
