John thanks for the excellent feedback! I'm so glad you trusted us over the builder to deliver on everything we promised. They didn't believe we could do a 95% jumbo mortgage and we proved them wrong!

Definitely will use Guaranteed Rate and Mike and his staff again and will recommend to others to use Guaranteed Rate, our initial home we were looking to purchase through another Mortgage Company fell through because of the mortgage companies...
