Mikes expertise. If there is one comment, it is to invest in application user experience. Compared to rocket mortgage etc. it is quite difficult to use.
Mike was very communicative about anything we needed, even with our hectic schedules, which he accommodated with ease. He was informative and made sure that we had no questions. Great to work with!
