    My only complaint is the time frame it takes a loan to get purchased off our correspondent line. My loan took 16 days.... That is a long time... I know it busy in the industry, but if that time frame could come down a bit that would be fantastic!...

    I don't have much negative to say about Mike but on the Davis file ********** Your Underwriting team was dreadful in communication. every time we met a condition another condition was addedit was finally declined after 6 weeks for a reason...

    I've known Mike and have had him as our AE for close to 10 years. He works hard, knows his product and processes, and is an effective communicator. Everything, you'd want in an AE.
