My IRRRL refinance was great! I told him I wanted to refinance, and he took care of everything. All I had to do was read a few emails, and sign some papers at the title company.
We never met Mike in person due to the pandemic. However, he was easy to reach and really responsive by phone and email. He helped answer any questions we had.
