I had a couple issues with getting the correct documentation for one part of the process, Michael called the company for me and was able to get the paperwork from them, when i could not. He was great.
Process was smooth and great communication!
The ability to keep moving forward every time an obstacle appeared.
It was not an easy transaction and Michael never gave up on the buyer. He made it happen for the buyer.
