The whole experience
Mike was wonderful to work with and very easy to talk to! I harrassed him often with varying questions and needs! He was always so helpful and patient.
Dealing with Mike Johnston was great, but the loan processor was very slow in communicating with us and responding to questions, and that added unnecessary stress to the process. Also, the underwriting requirements were absurd.
