Our first loan officer was horrible at returning phone calls and emails. Thankfully, our file was transferred to another person and we were in constant contact.
Both Mike Harms and Angela Cannon were very easy to work with and talk to. The refinance process went very smoothly and was done in a very short time. I would highly recommend them and Bay Equity for any future needs that I may have.
