Mike was very easy to work with. He is always very kind and respectful. I have used him 3 times for 2 purchases and one refinance. He is trustworthy and will look after your financial needs even if its not what you want to hear.

Mike was there for us and got us through when another lender couldn't
Where other brokers failed to help us, we were helped and closed on our house when we where supposed to. Very friendly, I would recommend bay equity, and a huge thank you to Mike!
When our loan fell through with another lender, Mike got it done, at a lower price and interest rate and faster than I could have asked for. He was there for all of my questions and concerns and kept our spirits up throughout the whole process....
