Personalized service and very little wait time with questions (ie adequate response time, even when busy).
Only issue I might even have is there were sometimes requests from different people for the same information.
Mike communicated with me every step of the way and kept me in the loop about every step of our clients loan process. We had a smooth transaction and I welcome the thought of working with him again!
Mike explained everything very well. He was willing to answer all my questions. No matter whether I had asked them already or whether they were even needed. He was very professional the entire time.
