All in all it was a good experience. I would only make 2 recommendations, the requests for additional info would have been better if they didn't feel so time pressed. And the requests for the info after business hours(8:00-9:00 pm) added stress...

Mike Ford was a pleasure to work with. He communicated well with us and worked hard to get our loan through. We would definitely work with him again.

I think communications could have been more timely and clear. This was my first mortgage, and some of the communications left me confused. Especially text/email. Phone calls were extra helpful, when we had them.
