Clear and consistent communication and involvment every step of the way, thorough and helpful explaination of each step of the entire process.
Mike was very knowledgeable throughout the process and explained mortgage insurance to me in the way that had never been explained. He sent over any documentation in a timely manner and was overall responsive to my questions.
anytime I had any questions he would call me back minutes later explaining what steps were going on it really seemed easy with the help of mike and his team!

I felt that Mike did a great job but others I worked with needed to develop more of a "Solutions" mindset instead of presenting hurdles for the customer.
Great communication and got us the loan we needed.
He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
They helped me purchase my first home. They were very helpful and kept in contact throughout the process. We were able to close on time, even with some speed bumps on my part. I enjoyed my time working with this firm.
A couple bumps on the road but mike and his team in particular Masha, did a excellent job even was a very emotional process for me.
