The communication from loan officer to loan officer was lacking. Mike himself was good but I’m basing my ratings off of fairway mortgage as a whole. Had to answer whether we paid child support or had a divorce decree more than once.

The mortgage process is a daunting one, especially never having gone through it. I really appreciated the coordination between all parties, mortgage, lawyers, insurance, etc. to get it done.
The process went much more quickly and smoothly than I had anticipated. Mike and his team were helpful and always there to answer any questions.
