Always available and quick to respond. Willing to answer questions and give advice personally at anytime. My experience was perfect as Mike far outperformed the larger bank I used for my first two mortgages.
Proficient and experienced!
I had lender issues with another company and Mike took me on with 10 days until settlement. We went from initial application to cleared to close in 10 days and I made settlement! He is quick, responsive, and great to work with!
