I was frustrated having to communicate with many different members of the staff instead of one person. Have one person be the communication focal point between the customer and the loan process.
The loan application and closing all went smoothly. Mike was personable, knowledgeable and helpful.
Mike is extremely knowledgeable. And his knowledge translates in his dealings with clients and sellers. I would absolutely work with mike again if I get the chance to do so. Give him a shot, he will not disappoint.
