Mike answered every question and even though our issues caused us to hold off for 30 days it was quite fantastic to have a loan officer that was so willing to go above and beyond to ask and address all questions and concerns.

While the required documentation these days is greater than it was years ago, lenders do not require your finger prints, DNA, or your First Born; contrary to what some people may believe.
