Communication and follow-up
Michelle had great communication and explained the process well as we went through it. She also helped to keep us on track with paperwork and tasks required to buy our first home.
I enjoyed speaking with Jim on the phone. He was very personal and helped me think about all of the refinance options available. Some made since for me and some didn’t. He helped me through it.
