Michelle was very patient and kind, and really went above and beyond to close this absurdly difficult mortgage. (This one was a corker.)

More efficient communication
She was so busy in the beginning and there was a lot of confusion since we were not familiar with mortgage APPs (signing, accepting, initialing, uploading docs and understanding how to use the APP)
