Easy to work with, quick responses, explains the process thoroughly

I love the fact I information was passed every step of the way.

After we had a Difficult experience with a big lender Michelle stepped right in and was able to help us right away. She has been amazing with keeping us informed and has gone above and beyond for us! I highly recommend!!

Suggest:Communicate more with new-to-you agents so they know more timely things like appraisal status/timing and if loan is funded before signing at closing so buyer can know if keys are available at closing.
