    Michelle contacted me and stated I had to get some judgments cleared up before they could help us with a loan. She did not state I needed a paper trail on the judgements, only on the house. Communication has not been great with any of them....

    Michelle was not responsive to my requests. Vicki Price was careless and defensive. My homeownership was an experience that should have been handled with care. It was not. I will NEVER go through this lender again. Not sure how they are rated...
