Michelle Merritt

Our whole family has used Michelle! Top notch service!

Thanks!

Michelle was very informative and kind. She was patient with all of our questions and responded quickly to all correspondence.

This is my second time working with Michelle, and she made me comfortable during this entire process.

We have used Michelle several times now, once under unusual circumstances, she has always been a great problem solver with excellent customer service.

Michelle was in constant contact with me about the status of my loan. I always felt like I knew exactly what was going on and what was needed.

Michelle keeps you informed

Michelle has always been great with my wife and I. This is the second time we refinanced through leader one and Michelle and the rest of the team are always professional, courteous and efficient.

From the start, Michelle and her team were fair and transparent with me. Even though the process of my purchase may have caused a lot of stress, Michelle never wavered from getting it done and making it happen. My wife and I appreciate all...

The experience was friendly and simple. Everything was easily laid out and everyone was easily accessible and eager to help with any questions we did have.
