Michelle Merritt

Michelle was very prompt with responses and clear explanations of everything. She also provided several different options allowing me to make informed decisions about the loan process.

Michelle and team were incredibly professional, efficient, communicative, and just and overall pleasure to work with! They made the refinance process very seamless for our family and we are so thankful for that!

The whole process was great.

Michelle’s knowledge, experience, and customer service

It was painless, efficient, and so easy. Michelle and her staff know their stuff inside and out. I provided what information they asked for and they handled everything else. This re-fi was as easy as putting gas into my car. Thank you!

Very good communication!

No issues. Great communication.

Michelle is a knowledgeable and friendly professional. She guided us through the process, answering any questions of doubt in a timely manner. When the deal changed, she was on it to provide a solution that worked out!

Everything went very smooth and communication with Everyone was amazing. There wasn’t a moment we didn’t know what was going on and that made everything go so well.

This is the second time we had Michelle help us and she did great! Along with everyone who helped us out along the way. Thank you all!
