I would have appreciated competent assistance from Michelle. She did not follow through on any of her commitments to me, she didn't return calls, she never answered her phone, she gave incorrect information.

Loan funded! Loan was cancelled twice and client took over a week to provide bank statements. Nor did they admit there was a lien on their property.borrower also changed her name on divorce documents and didn’t provide that information until...
