Michelle was an absolute professional during the loan process. She was available anytime we needed any assistance. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Michelle was always providing the answers to our questions or inquiries. She went above and beyond her job responsibilities and was always working late and would text or call us to make sure we were comfortable with the reply.

Great customer service, and communication
The communication and their ability to respond quickly when emailing. Also the APP made things very simple when trying to follow what stage we were at in the loan process.
